  • 2021

    Launched our People Promise reinforcing how we deliver a business with a thriving culture and brilliant teams that are designed for growth. As part of this, we put in place our Equity, Diversity and Inclusion programme.

  • 2022

    The first ever Zenith census was completed to better understand the diversity of our colleagues and highlight the opportunities to improve our representation.

  • 2023

    ‘MyGPS’ leadership training rolled out to deliver an enhanced approach to performance and development conversations for all colleagues.

CASE STUDY: OUR EQUITY DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION STRATEGY

We commenced our ED&I programme in 2021. In just a short space of time, we’ve set up six voluntary colleague-led Focus Groups delivering regular events – from guest speakers for Black History Month to team challenges to mark Neurodiversity Celebration Week, we’ve had a jam packed few years. We can’t thank our ED&I members enough for making a real difference to life at Zenith. Every. Single. Day.
